Juuls Lab is responsible for introducing their products to underage because they didn’t sensitively and adequately consider their target audience before executing their marketing strategies and had children-oriented gadgets for their products. Juuls utilized social media platforms that are mostly flooded with teens, thus influencing them (Richtel & Kaplan, 2018).

A former senior executive said that the Juul labs company was well aware that its advertisements for the products might appeal to teenagers, although it was not meant for them. The firm recognized that young people used its products because they posted pictures of themselves on media platforms (Richtel & Kaplan, 2018). The Massachusetts attorney general, who is also investigating Juul, claims that the business has been enticing minors to use the device and has exposed many to nicotine
