In the business world, it is not uncommon for organizations to experience surges in demand at certain times of the year and lapses in other times; however, maintaining consistent workforce sustainability can be quite challenging. Work places implement different strategies to attract new customers and generate revenue, but the goal of a balanced environment takes into account all of the environmental, social and economic factors.
