• action items – a discrete task that must be accomplished
• agenda – a list of things one wants to do.
• Brainstorming – group creativity technique by which efforts are made to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members.
• conflict phase – a stage when a potential disagreement between people occurs
• consensus – general agreement about something : an idea or opinion that is shared by all the people in a group.
