Though checking out our weight from time-to-time is helpful for us to keep track of our nutritional status, it might not be advisable for other people who might be battling mental health issues associated to their body image. I don’t monitor my weight always, but I know some friends who are obsessed on checking them out several times a day and ending up sad because they think they are not on their expected weight.
