What are the differences between city and county governments? Explain the different types of each.

County government are larger than city governments but smaller than state governments. Whereas county governments are created for purposes within the state, city governments are created with the aim of giving it a semblance of a legal system. The different types of county government are the commission system, the council-administrator system, and the council-elected executive system.
