- In your initial post, write two paragraphs. In your first paragraph, tell us which artist you learned about, what instrument they played, which sub genre of jazz they were most closely associated with through the 1950s (cool, west coast, hard bop, bebop, third stream, etc) and what their major contributions were to the music (based on the movie, reading, or podcast). In your second paragraph, tell us a short story about the person you researched that you found interesting. (200 words minimum for full credit – you can always write more if you want. Due Saturday April 3rd 11:59pm)
- Reply to a minimum of two of your peers who did not research the same artist as you and ask them a follow up question about their artist. Due Monday April 5th 11:59pm.
