Among the most important milestones of the Human Genome Project is that it introduces different strategies of better diagnosis of diseases. Through the human genome project, early detection of certain diseases have also been introduced making it easier for fast treatment to be applied and recovery to take place immediate. Other achievements of the Human Genome Project include the formularization of better gene therapy and control systems that are used for better drug production as certain diseases are being targeted. Through continuing genome research, the association of certain diseases with certain traits is expected to be identified, therefore creating more comprehensive solution to the health problems currently considered as “incurable”.
