Essay on Persuasive Speech

Instructions
For this speech’s topic, I will tell you what to make the speech on. For the first page do the outline I will submit a picture of how it is supposed to be like. The outline also will need a work cited but you can put that for the last page. For the second page write out a speech that uses the same information from the outline but does not make it the same word for word. I will also provide a picture of this for reference. Also for the speech when writing it out just do it where it does not exceed four minutes when I’m reading basically let it be concise with everything that needs to be in it but not too long. Also, only the work cited page needs to be MLA basically you don’t need to put my name or the professor’s name and you really don’t need to provide the page number so it doesn’t take up space. I will provide a picture of what I’m talking about shortly after and if you need clarification on anything just msg me.

You can make a difference. Every one of us is put in this world to contribute and create change like these great people – Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela, Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, and the likes. You don’t need to be rich or to have any noble profession. All you need is to be 18 years of age to have the power in making a difference. But how can you make use of that power? Can you really make a change? Can you help in making the world a better place?

Our world keeps facing challenges. But each one of us can create a good, fair, and just society to help build a better world. Reading several books and articles on this matter, I have learned that there is hope for the world. So today, I have chosen not to remain silent but to use my voice in spreading awareness. To help our society be better, we have to vote for the right people. If you are one of those who are disengaged, disaffected, and does not believe that politics can make a difference – then you are dismissing and silencing your voice. You are not using your power. My vote is my voice and power, and that goes the same for you. On the book Vote for Our Future by Margaret McNamara, even the children are empowered to use their voices in encouraging people to vote. History is made with every election, and it strengthens the idea that every single vote matters. There is beauty in our democracy when we hope and believe that our vote counts! Exercising our duty to vote and participating in the election process can brighten the whole world.

y make a change? Can you help in making the world a better place?
