Consider a process from an organization you are familiar with. In 500-750 words, complete the following:
1-Identify the steps in the high-level value chain required to fulfill the customer requirements from beginning to end.
2-From the high-level value chain steps, identify the operational subprocesses.
Identify those metrics that the organization should monitor at both the value chain level and subprocess level.

For this requirement, the Apple Inc. business procedures have been chosen for observation and exploration. Accordingly, this approach hopes to see what specific tasks are accomplished through distinct sub processes through the whole value chain approach. Apple is a multinational company that does not own manufacturing facilities. The company decided to adapt outsourcing options when it comes to production procedures. The company found it more practical to adapt to this option of production operation. Unlike its competitor Samsung, Apple Inc. does not apply the Six Sigma as part of its value chain procedure. Currently, Apple Inc. engages with five primary regions to identify its value chain approach: (1) Americas; (2) Europe; (3) Greater China; (4) Japan; (5) Asian Pacific Region.
