The connection between human beings and the natural environment has been symbiotic. This synergy compels people to co-exist and live together in harmony. For example, the natural environment could provide human beings with food, herbal medicine, water, and shelter, and at the same time, people could promise to protect Mother Nature from human abuses. Indeed, the interdependence of human beings and the natural environment became ostensible to prove the survival of the two.
