There are many changes in the health care sector for the past years which resulted to innovations in the system and the way the services are given by the health care workers. The main goal of hospitals is to provide the best health care services with the lowest cost possible for them. The use of technology has upgraded the services of the hospital system which is based on evidence based studies regarding the services that the system can provide. One of the models regarding the development of health care system is the advanced practice nurses (APN) which is delivered for the safety of the vulnerable patients in the hospitals (Brooten et al, 2002).
