For this particular assignment, the goal is to analyze and evaluate the annual report of two companies from the computer hardware industry—Dell and Lenovo. The objective of the organization’s annual report is to provide the public with an honest accounting of the company’s financial status and its performance over the past year, in the quest of encouraging investors to make the right decision of capitalizing into the business. Deall and Lenovo will be using its 2020’s annual reports for this analysis as the 2021’s report will not be available at least until March or April of 2022.
