You have been asked to help design a new foster care system in Florida. Your job will be to come up with a proposal about necessary and developmentally-appropriate services for youth. Drawing upon your readings from this course, lectures, and discussions, develop a plan that outlines how you would tackle this task. Focus on the following:

1. Developmental Pathways (risk/resilience)
2. Children’s development needs
3. Attachment needs (e.g., caregiver characteristics)
4. Cultural needs
5. Contextual factors (e.g., living conditions, school)

Proposal should be supported by current research findings. Paper should be in APA style and no less than 7 pages long, double-spaced. Paper will be graded according to he grading rubric form (attached in this order).
