1. The first Amendment protects free speech.
So, are you free to express yourself by wearing a T shirt that has profanity and some vulgar words Explain? 

The first amendment protects free speech the right to express one’s views without restrictions from the government. If you’re wearing a T-shirt that has profanity and vulgar wordsis not protected by the first amendment. You’re not free to do so. The main reason is that the words can amount to libel defamation or obscenity. Both are against the law of free speech.

2. Regarding lawyers, suing and the court system, Do you think that we live in a society that sues each other too much, or are we forced to sue? Why or Why not?

People are allowed to sue for frivolous things because our courts are open to everyone. That is part of Rule of Law and Liberal Democracy. That does not mean that the people who sue for frivolous things win. No, frivolous suits are thrown out. People sue because America has a working justice system and it is remarkably transparent and because people in America do not have to resort to violence and self-help to try to get justice.


3.What is your opinion of all the attorney commercials, billboards and ads we constantly see?
