  1. c) how the marker is used (screening, diagnosis, monitoring etc)

 

  1. d) what assay is used to detect it, and describe it,

 

  1. e) any reference interval and decision point concentration and

 

  1. f) what value does this knowledge add (e.g.: does it affect treatment options, how specific, sensitive, or relevant it is–or otherwise).
