a. Sketch the curve represented by the parametric equations below. Use arrows to indicate the direction of the curve as t increases.  (3 points)  

𝑥 = 3 sin 𝑡 + 3,  𝑦 = 2 cos 𝑡,        0 ≤ 𝑡 ≤ 𝜋      

      
b. Eliminate the parameter t in part (a) to obtain an equation for this curve in rectangular coordinates. (3 points)
