Inferential statistics will help me in especially in my career. Determining significant differences, increases, or decreases will be helpful in my field. One important concept I learned is that we should be careful when interpreting data to the general population. If the sample was taken conveniently, we should not make generalizations because the sample is not representative of the whole population. If samples were taken randomly or using probability sampling methods, we can generalize the results to the greater population. My perceptions about statistics did change from the beginning of this course to now because at the start I really thought statistics is so difficult. I do have difficulty computing and handling numbers but what helped me in this class is that we get to use MS Excel.
