2B. CPR Practice while you watch (Video) and practical.

Question

Now that we have finished watching   “Giving CPR to an Adult.”  Let’s try practicing  the technique.  You can try this later today since you have to collect the material.

Materials: 2 to 3 bed pillows or large seat cushion(s), 1 shirt, 1 Kitchen Towel, and  1 basketball or volleyball (Round ball about the same size)

Place the two pillow inside the shirt and place on the ground.  Now roll the towel up length wise and make a small circle just above the collar of the shirt. Place the ball in the circle.

Walla! Your Mannequin.

Now play the Video and try to simulate the moves as if you were giving CPR to an adult.
