Chapter 21 Discussion
Make a 3 to 5 sentence initial post responding to ONE of the following:
- What is an unexpected and delightful finding from Chapter 21?
- What connection to a real-world application from your daily life did you discover in Chapter 21?
- What conceptual question were you left with after reading Chapter 21? Please be sure to give sufficient background to make it clear what you’re puzzled by and why it’s puzzling.
Initial posts made before the due date are eligible for up to 1.5 points. Initial posts made after the initial due date are eligible for late credit as described in the introductory module.
After making your submission, you will be able to see your classmate’s posts. Write thoughtful and well-formatted 2 to 3 sentence responses to (at least) TWO of your classmate’s posts. You will earn up to 0.75 points for each of your two response posts which either (correctly) answers a question or provides new information that expands upon the ideas from the original post. Response posts which do not satisfy either of these requirements will not receive full credit.
Tip: If your response posts do not include the word “because,” they will likely not satisfy the above requirement and will therefore not be awarded full credit.
