a) A teacher wishes to give a group of students a prize. However, there are too many students so he decides to pick students at random by going down his roster and simply picking students ‘at random’ to receive a prize.

As a statistics student, explain why this is ‘BS’ – Bad Statistics. Write one or two complete sentences.
