Discussion #2: The Psychological Aspects of Divorce

Read the article – Psychological and Emotional Aspects of Divorce by Kathleen O’Connell Corcoran (Links to an external site.) and then post what you believe are the most serious psychological aspects of divorce. How do the parties get over these, if at all. Who suffers most, the parents or the children? Do you think all children should receive counseling if their parents went through a divorce, when or when not? How would you resolve some of these problems or conflicts? Does an attorney or paralegal who works in family law also have to be a counselor, where and when, if at all?
