PART THREE:
- Refer to “Categories of Rights and Protections” in reading 4.2, from Module Four – Civil Rights and Libertiesand think about then discuss which areas from that reading apply to two pointsfrom the video (Links to an external site.), and to one point from the six articles (Links to an external site.).
- Discuss: Does the Lemon Test, Blue Laws, or Free Exercise Clause apply to any of the ideas from the video(Links to an external site.), or the six articles(Links to an external site.).
- How would you apply the ninth and/or tenth amendment to the issues discussed in the video(Links to an external site.), and the six articles(Links to an external site.)?
- Name five laws, rulings, or situations that you believe directly contributed to the issues discussed in the video(Links to an external site.), and explain how you feel they are connected.
