Relaxation Technique Extra Credit

For 10 points extra credit, print the signature page document that follows and go to a class/session that is considered a relaxation technique.  This can be a regular class/session that you go to, at a studio or gym, or experience something new.  Due to the Corona Virus19, you can be creative in this assignment.  If your studio or gym is not opened, then you can watch a video at home or do something that truly makes you relax.  In order to receive the credit from a class taken, the form must be signed and dated by the instructor and you need to show proof somehow that you did indeed attend (ie. a business card).  If you are doing something at home, then do a short write-up of a few paragraphs of what you did to relax.  If it’s a video, give me the URL link and an explanation of what you did specifically. You will then have to save and or scan the signed form and the proof and attach it.  This is due by the end of the week on Sunday at 11:59 pm.
