The conditions which put fairness as a relevant concept makes it more uncertain than ever. In the context of American laws, the diversity of state laws and procedures make certain claim that it is unfair to many citizens. While a certain law excludes one person from being the subject of accusation, another state law can provide the justice sought for it. These differences make a highly problematic and very intimidating way for people, usually those who are not learned or does not have the capacity to acquire legal assistance to be on the losing end of the legal justice system.
