Wk 3 Discussion – Leadership Theories Answer

In the business processing outsourcing company I work for, I have seen a couple of leadership theories being employed. One is transactional leadership style. Here, employees are motivated to perform through rewards and punishment. For instance, if you perform well and hit the metrics, you get an incentive.
