Week 4, Step 6: Practice applying Noba modules #3-4 Answer

The Placebo Effect was a concept that drew my interest when I read Noba modules 3 and 4, in which a person’s knowledge that he or she is receiving special treatment or something new may be enough to create behavioral changes or perceptions. That is something I am personally guilty of. My mother told me a story about a time when I was a kid and had back pain. I requested my mother to take me to the hospital, but all she did was put something liquid in my back and told me that it would make me feel better.
