The article “What Google Learned From Its Quest to Build the Perfect Team” tells the experiences of Julia Rozovsky within multiple work environments and how that led to her discovering what aspects should be present in a team of workers to best foster productivity. Based on the results from Project Aristotle which was a project wherein hundreds of teams under Google were observed, the most important component that should be present within a work environment is the establishment of psychological safety.
