Yes, I always take a look at the label to make sure it’s low in sodium. I am not a salty eater so that’s what I look at first. Next, I look at the ingredients to make sure that there isn’t anything I don’t know about it. If I see an ingredient that sounds weird or is too long I tend to not buy it.
