There are so many misconceptions about carbohydrates, sugars, and grains!  For example, what have you heard about gluten –  What is it?  Is it “bad” for you?  Why are so many foods now labeled “gluten-free?”  Or, how about the popular keto diet – Will it help you or hurt you?  Or, what about sugar vs. artificial sweeteners – Is one better than the other?

Gluten has almost the same nutrient values as most of the foods we already eat. If gluten makes you feel bad no need for it because you can get it from eating brown or white rice, buckwheat, buy foods that are made with almond meal flour, coconut flour.
