What are your thoughts about the pros/cons of vegetarian or vegan diets?  Should we all move to a strictly plant-based eating plan?  What are possible benefits, and are there any possible risks?

The only pro to the vegan/vegetarian diets is the low risk of obesity, cancer, heart disease, diabetes along with other diseases that have to do with food quality and quantity. Even though being vegetarian or vegan gives you a lack of nutrition they have a lot of different alternatives you can eat/drink to make sure your body receives those nutrients it’s lacking.  Every diet has its pros and cons.
