Caffeine is a common ingredient in many “energy drinks,” pre-work out products, weight-loss or “fat burner” supplements, and “dieters” or “detox” teas.  And, the caffeine sources and amounts may be hidden under herbal names or “proprietary blends.”  Have you (or someone you know) ever consumed any of these products?

I couldn’t agree more. I am not a coffee person either and I could live without it. The only times that I drink coffee are when I need to cram to study for an exam the next day. It is when I need to stay up all night studying. Coffee provides me that mental energy to be awake.
