Culture is learned patterns of perception, values and behaviors shared by a group of people that are dynamic and heterogeneous. This implies culture is learned and people can always adapt to new culture given they are open to learn about it. This brings me to cultural competence which is the ability to interact effectively with people of different culture. A cultural competent person has the awareness that different cultures exist and respectfully interacts with this cultures without issues.
