D2: Arguments for God’s existence

We’ve seen two arguments for God’s existence (Anselm’s Ontological argument and Craig’s Cosmological argument)  Which do you think is the more rational one?

D2: Arguments for God’s existence

The argument that is the more rationale one is the ontological argument of God’s existence. It is “a priori” argument as it attempts to prove the existence of God by establishing the necessity of His existence through an argument of the necessary being. It is understandable, however, why there are criticisms against the ontological argument. First, it argues that the belief of God’s existence is enough to prove His existence, which some people particularly those who prefer to see concrete pieces of evidence will not accept. It argues that reason alone is enough to prove that He exists.
