Week 11, Step 5: Practice applying Noba module #12 Answer

The free association is the subject that drew my attention for this week’s Noba module #12. Free association is a common technique used by psychoanalysts and psychodynamic therapists to access the unconscious mind of their patients. The patient expresses any and all thoughts that occur to mind without organizing or censoring them in any manner. You would be exercising free association if you took a pen and paper and just wrote down whatever came to mind, letting one thought lead to the next without allowing conscious critique to affect what you were writing.
