Internal and External recruitment both presents its advantages and disadvantages. When it comes to developing in-house talent, for example, one of its main advantages is that it takes less time to train the employee with their new roles as compare to external hires. Since the employee is already part of the organization, he/she is already familiar with the processes, practices, and even policies of the company. Hence, internal candidates will require lesser time to train. Another pros of internal hiring is that it is less expensive.
