Dilemma # 5. Discuss COVID-19 Answer

For this discussion, I chose the second option, which is lockdown is necessary to save lives as the economy can recover. Although I am well-aware of the economic consequences of a lockdown, I believe more people would contract the virus and die if a lockdown would not be implemented. Once the healthcare system collapses due to the overwhelming number of infected patients, the healthcare workers will get infected as well and worst case scenario, die because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
