Reflection: Cookies & Neurotransmitters Answer

The activity was very interesting. It was a great approach to explain how neurotransmitters work and how it affects feelings and emotions depending on the decisions that people make. For example, when the person smell the scent of baking cookings while reading a book, the nerves sends this signal to the brain that causes the dopamine level to rise. However, when the individual decides to control that urge and delay gratification, the dopamine level dropped and it was replaced by fast heartbeat and breathing quickens.
