The importance of an organization’s mission is that it provides both meaning and purpose to the employees’ work thus defining that their work serves a larger goal. An organization’s vision provides the strategic plan for the organization’s success, to be enacted by the leader and followed through by the employees. These elements help shale the organizational culture in terms of promoting values and behaviors that would elicit proper work relations for both internal and external stakeholders
