Entry #1 Theory Answer

One of the theoretical perspectives I can relate to my own real-life experience is Social Structure and Personality. One aspect of this perspective is concerned with “ the individual” and his/her position or role. I used to work as return merchandise processor in an optical company. I was in a very good relationship with my co-workers. We would go to lunch breaks together, chatting and sharing a lot. One time our manager was out of office for a couple of weeks due to emergency and our director asked me to control our department on behalf of him.
