In a response of at least 250 words, identify a theme (Schlib and Clifford 55–57 and 201–204) that emerges from Act Two of Twilight: Los Angeles, 1992 or from the entire play as a whole. Ultimately, your argument should make an interpretive claim (see Schlib and Clifford, Chapter 3). Think of your own Discussion Board post as potential body paragraphs that you could adapt for Essay 2.

Social injustice in every community is inevitable. Violence is one problem that roots in discrimination and injustice between members of society. Each of the characters in the work of Anne Deavere Smith titled “Twilight: Los Angeles” shares a different perspective on the crisis in the community during 1992. The main theme that was portrayed in the story was anger and hatred. The work of Smith has shed light on the questions of justice, truth, grace, and power in American society. Misunderstanding between people results in stereotyping and prejudice. The division in Los Angeles is not a matter of law
