Biology is not only what happens around us but how we harness and learn from natural processes. One of those processes is alcohol production, something that’s had a deep impact on culture, past and present. Today we usually toast to a person or occasion with a glass of champagne, and it seems like every corner of the world has their own specialty alcoholic drink.
Did you know that alcohol production is a natural process that occurs all around us? The process of Fermentation has been around for as long as people have been able to record history. The understanding of Fermentation have allowed people make use of this process to create bread and alcohol just to name a few.

In my opinion the alcohol has big role in history throughout all country.The reason I say that is because if we look at the fat we’ll see the earliest known evidence comes from 7,000 BCE in China where people were making an alcoholic beverage fomented rice, millet, grapes, and honey
