ASSIGNMENT – Chapter 1 Key Terms and Concepts Answer

• asynchronous communication – communication that is not real-time. Exchanging messages through a medium other than face-to-face or real-time. Example is communicating through emails.
• Channel – a tool or network used, such as in communication, the channel is email or telephone.
