I agree to the article mentioning that most workers suffers incivility be it from their superiors or their co-workers. It is real that work environment is not always good to be at, especially with different people working in the same area, and those people having different personalities. Incivility affects the productivity of the employees because as they felt discomfort for the rude behavior thrown against them, either directly or indirectly, makes them more on defensive mode
