Wk 5 Discussion – Positive Organizational Change Answer
Based on the interactive analysis, I have learned that team collaboration needs team effort in order to perform Kotter’s 8-step model change effectively. Privately discussing matters which may interrupt the flow of the group, providing solutions, and also firmly asserting disagreements to come to a compromise are important factors that would enable team collaboration to fulfill its productivity and optimum performance of the group. Kotter’s 8-step change model is created in a way to promote cohesiveness and collaboration despite the different opinions of the group members while instilling the same objective which is to promote change.
