Personality Activity 2 Answer

Based on this activity, I would describe myself as an individualist. According to theorists, evidence suggests that European and American culture is more individualistic when compared with East Asian culture (Ogihara and Uchida 2014). This type of culture is what I am more exposed to because my parents raised me to become independent and not depend on other people. According to (Twenge et al., 2012), the American literature suggests many individualistic words and phrases. The phrases that foster individualism are I am special, I can do it myself, focus on the self and others
