Activity 5 Psychological disorders Answer

The passage highlights that although cultural variations are depictable when assessing the perception and understanding of symptoms of most disorders, they are relatively similar. The only slight aspect that brings in the insignificant disparity in the presentation of the symptoms is the difference in levels of development. For instance, in a less developed society where technological advancements are rare, victims of schizophrenia experience symptoms of a disorder such as depression, but they understand that such occurrences are caused by sorcerers.
