        Stereotypes and labels are the conditions which preempts the conditions that make Americans prone to discrimination. Allowing concepts that create division between people, such as the color of skin, language use, and even culture and beliefs, enable discrimination to further exist in the modern society. With the division comes inequality in many forms and injustices in many dimensions. Social inequality and social injustice thus causes discrimination, and it continues to exist because inequality and injustice continue to exist.
