This week, I would like to take a little break from the doom and gloom of climate change and shift our focus in the discussion to something a little more uplifting. Climate anxiety can take a toll on our mental health, and I think it’s important to remind ourselves that despite the ongoing struggle to combat climate change, there is still reason to hold onto hope – and there are lots of people and organizations fighting to make a difference!
