Discussion Overview:

Let’s assume you are about to acquire a small business. How would you use time-value of money to determine how much the business is worth? Please explain the concept using cash flow analysis and time-value of money. Use figures for your example as needed, use 5% rate for simplicity! (Assume the business is worth the sum of all the income for 20 years into the future).
