- Search the Internet for the “Community Commons Vulnerable Populations Footprint Tool.”
- Follow the prompts to create an account on the Community Commons site. This will be useful in identifying tools and resources available to community/public health nurses.
- Use the Vulnerable Populations Footprint tool to explore different areas of California. Change the Indicator Thresholds to identify communities in need and key risk factors.
